  • There is an ancient book written on Yoga called “Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” in Sanskrit language. There are more than 8,400,000 of poses are described in the book.
  • Lotus pose (Padmasanam or vajrasanam) is the most popular meditation pose which scientifically align spinal cord with minimal muscular effort. The body is perfectly aligned in lotus pose and gives enables lung to expand more. 
  • Lotus pose also helps in levitation (rising of human body in air). This pose is also considered as “Divine Ship”.
